Schedule/Hours:
- Day shifts
- Includes night and weekend call
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- BLS certification required
- Prior experience in general, neuro, or orthopedic surgeries highly preferred
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-case operating room environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team during operations across multiple disciplines
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and uphold patient safety standards
- Ensure optimal functionality of surgical instruments and equipment
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers
