This travel role will immerse you in diverse clinical settings, expose you to innovative surgical technologieslike robotics including XI, DV5, and IONand offer learning opportunities from seasoned local professionals. Elevate your resume as you adapt to various policies and workflow systems such as EPIC, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams using different leadership styles.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
  • Choose from:
    0630-1500 (two roles)
    1100-1930 (one role)
    1400-2230 (one role)
    • Full-time

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology or LVN/LPN program
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • EPIC experience highly preferred
  • BLS certification (AHA only)
  • Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and care for pre-operative patients; maintain aseptic techniques
  • Assist with GI cases and a range of surgical specialties, including robotics
  • Set up and maintain the sterile field; pass instruments during procedures
  • Adapt care for each patients unique needsphysical, psychosocial, and cultural
  • Monitor surgical environments; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
  • Participate in team planning and ensure all instruments are correctly processed and sanitized
  • Complete other duties as assigned
