Schedule / Hours:
- Shifts available: 8 D/E; 40 hours per week
- Start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, 1500
- Weekend rotation: as needed
- On-call: may be required depending on skillset
- Holiday coverage: as needed, typically not scheduled
- Floating within the OR as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification (must be provided upon submission)
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Minimum of two years recent relevant experience
- Strong Neuro skillset required, including Neuro call
- Ability to perform both ortho totals and ortho trauma
- Experience with genuro, peripheral vascular, and total joint support
- Experience with Da Vinci robotics and urology procedures
- Willingness to train and mentor new staff
- Flexibility to float to genuro as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the surgical/OR environment
- Scrub and assist in complex procedures with specialization in Neuro and Ortho
- Support procedures involving total joints, trauma, genuro, vascular, and urology
- Engage in on-call rotation and float as necessary
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
