Qualifications:
- Oregon RN licensure or eligibility required
- Demonstrated experience as an Operating Room Technologist (ORT)
- Strong grasp of sterile techniques and pre/post-operative procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments
- Travel experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments in accordance with case requirements
- Assist surgical teams intra-operatively, maintaining strict sterile technique
- Monitor patients vitals and respond promptly to changes
- Document clinical activities accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in post-surgical recovery and patient education
