Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract position
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR/ORT experience
- Current CST certification
- Valid BLS certification
- Demonstrated expertise in complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
- Strong adaptability and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up operating rooms for cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries
- Assist surgeons during high-acuity procedures, ensuring sterile technique and equipment functionality
- Monitor, count, and account for surgical supplies and tools during procedures
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, anesthesia teams, and surgical leadership
- Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
