  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an operating room setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of infection control and surgical protocols
  • Effective communication skills and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sterile operating fields for surgical procedures
  • Accurately identify and set up surgical instruments and supplies
  • Support surgeons and surgical teams before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitor patient safety and aseptic technique throughout the surgery
  • Anticipate surgeon needs and respond promptly to changes
  • Assist with operative room turnover, instrument sterilization, and inventory
  • Adhere to facility and regulatory safety standards at all times

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
