This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced management and talented colleagues, encouraging growth through exposure to diverse surgical cases such as vascular, neuro, thoracic, robotics, transplant, and more. Expand your experience with cutting-edge technology, including the Davinci D5 robotics system, while participating in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Schedule/Hours:
- Orientation includes full week of onboarding, with shifts:
- 3 days: 6:30 am 7:00 pm
- 4 days: 6:30 am 5:00 pm
- 3 days: 10:30 am 11:00 pm
- Weekend rotation as needed
- On-call required (response time: 40 minutes)
- Holiday shifts as needed
- Schedule made in 6-week cycles
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' recent OR or OR Tech experience
- BLS (both), CST (Tech), RN license (Nursing)
- Proven proficiency with circulating, Foley catheters, chest tube management, AED (RN), and/or case scrubbing
- Robotics experience is a plus
- Not accepting first-time travelers
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases
- Float as needed (including lunch relief across the OR)
- Collaborate closely with RNs, Techs, and management
- Ensure excellence in patient care and documentation via Cerner EMR
