As a CVOR Surgical Technologist specializing in the Operating Room Tech (ORT) role, you'll gain valuable exposure to a cutting-edge, high-acuity setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and top-tier surgeons on cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures, deepening your skills and broadening your professional perspective. Schedule/Hours:

  • Option for 3x12-hour days: 6:00 AM6:30 PM
  • Option for 4x10-hour days: 6:00 AM4:30 PM
  • On-call: 1 weekend per month, plus 12 weekdays as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of CVOR experience
  • Current NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • Proficiency in cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries
  • Flexibility to participate in both weekend and weekday on-call rotations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and robotic procedures, ensuring a sterile field and effective workflow
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and supplies
  • Support pre-operative and post-operative care coordination
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols
