Schedule/Hours:

• Option of 3x12-hour shifts: 0600-1830
• OR 4x10-hour shifts: 0600-1630
• On-call requirement: 1 weekend per month, plus potential for 1-2 weekdays as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of CVOR experience
• Certification: National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) CST required
• Proven competency with cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the surgical environment for complex cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Work seamlessly with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient operations
• Adhere to strict sterile protocols and procedural standards
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled to support emergent and urgent surgical cases
