Schedule:
- Travel assignment, full-time hours
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Nursing license in good standing (RN or LPN, as appropriate)
- Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT)
- Minimum of one year recent OR experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and efficient assistance in operating rooms before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Prepare surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies
- Support surgical teams by anticipating the needs of surgeons and nurses
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control policies
- Effectively document patient care activities
