Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered Nursing license in the state of Illinois (or compact eligible)
- Demonstrated experience in ORT (Operating Room Technician) or a related perioperative nursing specialty
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced surgical settings
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proven adaptability in new clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and care as an integral member of the surgical team
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sterile fields
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team throughout procedures
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Accurately document care provided and uphold clinical compliance standards
