Key Qualifications:
- Valid Nursing license with Operating Room Technician (ORT) experience
- Proficient in perioperative care, equipment, and instrumentation
- Experience functioning as a scrub assistant in operative/invasive procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to following facility policies and upholding exceptional standards of care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled perioperative patient care using specialized equipment and instruments
- Serve as a scrub assistant during surgeries, supporting physicians and surgical teams
- Work collaboratively under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Provide mentorship and serve as a resource for fellow staff members
- Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
