Schedule:
- Enjoy flexibility with your choice of:
- 3x12-hour shifts (06:0018:30)
- 4x10-hour shifts (06:0016:30)
- On-call requirements include one weekend per month and one to two weekdays per week, aligning with the needs of the unit.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist
- Certified by NBSTSA (CST credential required)
- Demonstrated experience in cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgical cases
- Strong adaptability and communication skills within fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the surgical team in cardiac, vascular, and robotic operating cases
- Ensure instruments and equipment are appropriately prepared and sterilized
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate closely with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesiologists for optimal patient outcomes
