This position will expose you to diverse surgical techniques and innovative approaches as part of a collaborative cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) team. You'll expand your expertise in cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures, gaining valuable experience in a supportive workplace with a variety of leadership styles and best practices. Schedule/Hours:

  • Choose from 3 x 12-hour shifts (6:00 am6:30 pm) or 4 x 10-hour shifts (6:00 am4:30 pm)
  • On Call: 1 weekend per month plus 12 weekday calls, based on unit needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year CVOR Surgical Technologist experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA CST)
  • Proficient in cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgical cases
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and participate in call rotations
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
  • Assist surgical teams during cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
  • Ensure proper instrument handling and patient safety
  • Adapt quickly to evolving case requirements
  • Document procedures accurately and promptly
