Schedule/Hours:

• Choice of 3x12-hour shifts (0600-1830) or 4x10-hour shifts (0600-1630)
• On-call: 1 weekend per month, plus 1-2 weekdays as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of recent CVOR surgical technologist experience
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Proficiency in cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgical procedures
• Adaptability to on-call requirements
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams during complex cardiovascular, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Maintain sterile environments and manage surgical instruments
• Support safe patient care throughout operative processes
• Cooperate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to ensure optimal outcomes
