Schedule/Hours:

  • Choose from 3 x 12-hour shifts (6:00 am - 6:30 pm) or 4 x 10-hour shifts (6:00 am - 4:30 pm)
  • On-call requirement: 1 weekend per month plus potential 1-2 weekday calls, tailored to unit needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Surgical Technologist, CVOR
  • NBSTSA CETRCST Certification required
  • Must have robust cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgical experience
  • Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare OR for cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries
  • Anticipate surgeon and team needs throughout procedures
  • Ensure instruments and equipment are sterilized and available
  • Maintain a high standard of patient safety and infection control
  • Collaborate closely with nursing and surgical staff for optimal outcomes
