Schedule/Hours:
- Three 12-hour shifts (06:0018:30) or four 10-hour shifts (06:0016:30)
- Call requirements: One weekend per month, plus 12 on-call days during the week
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR experience
- Valid NBSTSA CST Certification
- Proficiency in cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operating room during complex cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and ensure surgical instruments are properly handled
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to optimize patient care and ensure smooth surgical workflows
- Remain prepared for urgent situations during scheduled call times
