Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active national certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST or equivalent)
  • Valid state licensure/registration (if required)
  • Minimum of one year recent experience as an ORT or Certified Surgical Tech
  • BLS certification (current and maintained)
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms for various surgical procedures
  • Ensure the sterile field is maintained throughout surgical interventions
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by passing instruments and supplies
  • Manage surgical equipment and handle specimens as required
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative room setup and breakdown
  • Adhere to all facility safety guidelines and protocols

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
