Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician (CVOR Tech)
- Current, active BLS certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and cardiac surgery procedures
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and RNs during complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and sterile fields
- Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Uphold infection control protocols and hospital policies
