Schedule & Hours:

  • Shifts: Day/Evening rotation; 40 hours per week (Start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, and 1500)
  • Weekend rotation: As needed
  • On-call: May be required, based on skill set
  • Holiday shifts: Occasionally, not routinely scheduled
  • Floating: As needed within the OR

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Neuro, Ortho (totals and trauma), genitourinary, da Vinci, total joint support, and urology
  • Neuro-specific experience with associated on-call required
  • Must be prepared to float to genitourinary and peripheral vascular cases
  • Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required upon submission
  • Current AHA BLS certification required upon submission
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to help train new staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality intraoperative support across neuro, orthopedics, and urology cases
  • Participate in call and floating assignments as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
  • Serve as a supportive resource and mentor for onboarding staff
