Schedule & Hours:
- Shifts: Day/Evening rotation; 40 hours per week (Start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, and 1500)
- Weekend rotation: As needed
- On-call: May be required, based on skill set
- Holiday shifts: Occasionally, not routinely scheduled
- Floating: As needed within the OR
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Neuro, Ortho (totals and trauma), genitourinary, da Vinci, total joint support, and urology
- Neuro-specific experience with associated on-call required
- Must be prepared to float to genitourinary and peripheral vascular cases
- Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required upon submission
- Current AHA BLS certification required upon submission
- Strong communication skills and willingness to help train new staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality intraoperative support across neuro, orthopedics, and urology cases
- Participate in call and floating assignments as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Serve as a supportive resource and mentor for onboarding staff
