Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- On-call: 1 day per week
- Weekend: Every fifth weekend assigned
- Holiday: Per departmental needs
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Demonstrated experience supporting operating room procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
- Adaptable and quick-thinking in fast-paced surgical settings
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure proper assembly and functioning of instruments and equipment
- Uphold rigorous safety and infection control protocols
- Support team members with flexibility during on-call and weekend shifts
