Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45 am - 7:15 pm
- Includes call, weekends, and holidays
- No block scheduling
Key Qualifications:
- Active Nursing - ORT certification
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Recent Level 1 Trauma center experience with high skills competency
- Burn patient experience preferred
- Strong adaptability and quick decision-making in urgent care situations
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in high-acuity surgical cases as part of a specialized OR team
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
- Manage equipment and instrumentation for a variety of procedures, including trauma and burn care
- Support patient safety protocols and infection control standards
- Coordinate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during emergencies
