Schedule/Hours:
- 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation (includes day, evening, and night shifts)
- 2 weeks of nights per contract
- At least 2 short calls every 4-week schedule, including some weekend shifts
- Flexible scheduling with varying shift lengths to suit your needs
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams in a fast-paced OR environment
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and sterile fields
- Support patients pre- and post-operatively
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current nursing license (unencumbered)
- Substantial operating room experience, preferably in high-capacity surgical settings
- Strong adaptability and interpersonal communication skills
- BLS certification (additional certifications are an asset)
- Proven track record with Day, Evening, and Night rotations
