Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45 am 7:15 pm
- On-call required
- Includes weekends and holidays
- No block scheduling
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified in Nursing Operating Room Technician (ORT)
- Previous travel assignment experience is required
- Expertise in Level 1 Trauma care
- High proficiency and proven competency in surgical skills
- Burn care experience strongly preferred
- Adaptable, with strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams in the operating room during complex procedures
- Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile environments
- Support patient care and safety throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity settings
- Provide rapid response and effective interventions in trauma and burn scenarios
- Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
