Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are sterile and available.
  • Assist surgical teams during operations, anticipating their needs and handling instruments efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with aseptic techniques and safety standards.
  • Provide skilled support during trauma and burn surgeries, leveraging prior experience in high-intensity settings.
  • Participate in on-call rotations including weekends and holidays, with no block scheduling.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an OR Technician, preferably with travel assignments.
  • Familiarity with Level 1 Trauma surgical procedures.
  • Experience in burn care preferred.
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
