As a Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)/Open Heart procedures, youll have the chance to advance your clinical expertise. Thrive in a modern facility that emphasizes multidisciplinary teamwork, exposing you to a wide array of cases including general, ortho, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart. Collaborate with skilled surgeons and learn new techniques and technologies, broadening your experience and enhancing your career portfolio.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts (7:00am5:30pm), Monday through Friday (rotating day off)
  • Required daytime & weekend call rotation

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an ORT/CST
  • Current BLS and NBSTSA certifications
  • Fully credentialed as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Preferred: Robotics training and vascular/open heart experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare CVOR suites and surgical instruments, ensuring all equipment is readily available and functioning
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
  • Assist in a diverse range of surgical procedures alongside seasoned clinicians
  • Anticipate the needs of surgical teams, remaining agile in a fast-paced setting
  • Participate in weekday and weekend call rotation as part of a committed surgical team
