Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience in an operating room settinggeneral, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries preferred
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and sterilize surgical instruments and environments in accordance with facility standards
• Assist surgeons and RNs during operative procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and workflow
• Respond promptly and efficiently to surgical team needs during unpredictable and urgent cases
• Adhere strictly to infection control policies and protocols
• Provide exemplary support to surgical staff across day, night, and weekend call shifts
