Schedule:

• Day shifts: 4x10s, 06:3017:00
• No weekend shifts (on-call requirements only)
• On-call: 34 shifts per 8-week period, may include weekends
• No holidays required; if a holiday falls on a scheduled day, your subsequent pay period will be adjusted accordingly

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled assistance in surgical procedures, including ENT, neuro, surgical oncology, and general surgery in a Level I trauma setting
• Float to all ORs as needed to support patient care across various specialties
• Participate in transplant and orthopedic cases as assigned
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams before, during, and after procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.52 years of recent travel or surgical tech experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in ENT, neuro, and surgical oncology; Level I trauma experience required
• Strong orthopedic and transplant experience preferred
• NBSTSA certification preferred; if non-certified, at least 3 years of recent surgical tech experience required
• Valid AHA BLS certification (required)
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
• New graduates will not be considered
