Schedule/Hours:
- Variable scheduling required
- Participation in on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications:
- Current nursing certification or equivalent licensure
- 3 or higher on Skills Checklist for neuro, ortho, and vascular specialties
- Strong scrub experience in a wide range of surgical service lines, including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastics, urology, burn, and trauma
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled perioperative care and scrubbing duties in a high-acuity operating room
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Demonstrate flexibility by floating to other departments as necessary
- Utilize Cerner for detailed and accurate documentation
- Adhere to all institutional policies while upholding the highest standards for patient safety
