Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (ORT) required
  • Experience assisting in moderate-to-high acuity surgical cases
  • Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and safety protocols
  • Ability to anticipate surgeon and team needs in real time
  • Demonstrated organizational and troubleshooting abilities
  • Capable of mentoring, precepting, and training others
  • Willingness to participate in performance improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission compliance and perioperative inventory management

Role Responsibilities:
