Professionally, this 13-week travel assignment offers significant growth through hands-on experience in a dynamic operating room environment. With a bustling surgical department featuring 10 operating suites and an average of 23 cases dailyincluding general, neuro, and orthopedic surgeriesyoull have the chance to broaden your skill set and work alongside a committed, multidisciplinary surgical team. Exposure to varying workplace practices and distinct leadership styles here can greatly enrich your clinical expertise and add valuable diversity to your professional background.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts
  • Night and weekend call coverage required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an OR Tech or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Previous exposure to general, neuro, and orthopedic surgical procedures preferred
  • Current and valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and readiness to take on call duties as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
  • Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures
  • Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment
  • Support patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
