Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current certification or licensure as a Nursing - Operating Room Technician (ORT)
  • Recent experience working in an operating room setting, preferably pediatric
  • Strong understanding of sterilization, instrumentation, and OR safety protocols
  • Ability to adapt to new policies and quickly integrate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Assist surgical teams with setup, instrumentation, and patient positioning
