Schedule & Hours:

• 16-week assignment
• 10-hour day shifts: 6:45 am 5:15 pm, 40 hours/week
• Weekend on-call rotation
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Floating is unlikely

Desired Qualifications:

• National certification as a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years experience scrubbing ortho and neuro cases (4+ years preferred)
• Epic experience preferred
• Recent resume, two references within the past year, completed skills checklist, and certification documentation required
• New graduates are not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub in and assist with a range of operating room procedures, primarily in ortho and neuro
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Rotate through on-call evenings, overnights, and weekends as scheduled
• Uphold the highest standard of documentation and communication

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
