Job Description
An experienced Surgical Technologist with strong vascular skills is needed for an 8-day travel assignment at a vascular clinic in Elmhurst, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a CST or Surgical Tech, with demonstrated expertise in vascular procedures such as EVLT, RFA, Venous Seal, and vascular ultrasounds. This opportunity does not require NBSTSA certification but does require a current BLS certification.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Surgical Tech
- Strong vascular experience including EVLT, RFA, Venous Seal, and vascular ultrasounds
- NBSTSA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to start within 2 weeks of credentialing
- Must submit drug screen, CBC, and TB test (Tspot or QuantiFERON gold) within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities / Duties:
- Assist with vascular surgical procedures, including EVLT, RFA, and Venous Seal therapies

- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient care excellence

- 8-day travel assignment
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
