Schedule:

• Days: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Tech (CST)
• ORT (Operating Room Technician) nursing skills
• Experience in perioperative or surgical settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to apply aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment
• Adaptability to provide age-specific care, especially for obstetrical patients
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first, second, or assisting Surgical Tech under RN supervision during the intraoperative period
• Apply aseptic principles consistently to maintain a sterile field
• Assist with the organization and coordination of surgical supplies and equipment
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, following legal and safety standards
• Track and charge for used supplies and equipment
• Participate in operating room turnover, set-up, and cleaning
• Perform sterilization and disinfection duties according to policy and document appropriately

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
