Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract; specifics provided during onboarding
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist program and/or valid Colorado Surgical Technologist license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Familiarity with AORN standards and perioperative best practices
- Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive communicator
- Experience supporting multiple age-specific populations
- Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all instrumentation is available and prepared for surgical procedures
- Monitor and protect the sterile field, responding promptly to contamination risks
- Assist with patient transport, room preparation, turnovers, and documentation
- Integrate new surgical technologies and procedures into daily practice
- Participate in briefings and debriefings with the perioperative team
- Prepare instruments for terminal sterilization
- Model professional and Just Culture principles

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.22 to $30.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
