Schedule/Hours
- 8 D/E shifts; 40 hours per week
- Start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, or 1500
- Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation may be required based on skillset
- Floating within the OR as needed
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years recent experience in operating room nursing or OR tech roles
- Specialized expertise in Neuro (with Neuro call), Orthopedics (totals and trauma), Genitourinary, Da Vinci, Urology, Peripheral vascular procedures
- Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Willingness to mentor and train new staff as needed
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional perioperative care for a broad range of surgical cases
- Float between specialties such as Neuro and Genitourinary as needed
- Take part in training and onboarding activities for new staff members
- Support surgical teams during complex procedures with prompt, expert assistance
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety regulations
