Schedule & Hours:

• 6:45 AM 7:15 PM shifts
• Includes call, weekend, and holiday rotations
• No block scheduling

Qualifications:

• Certified and experienced in Nursing ORT
• Previous travel assignment experience required
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility mandatory
• High proficiency in operating room technical skills
• Burn unit experience preferred
• Demonstrates adaptability, clear communication, and composure under pressure
• Strong references reflecting superior clinical competence

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes throughout perioperative care
• Set up and maintain a sterile field, prepare instruments, and support surgeons in complex procedures
• Apply advanced knowledge in trauma and burn cases, responding effectively to changing patient needs
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs, adjusting efficiently in emergency scenarios
• Document interventions, maintain compliance with hospital policies, and support safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives
