Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible 3x12 hour shifts (6:00 am 6:30 pm) or 4x10 hour shifts (6:00 am 4:30 pm)
- On-call requirement: 1 weekend per month and 1-2 call days on weekdays, as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist
- Demonstrated proficiency with cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to respond quickly to emergent surgical needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgical team during complex cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments and necessary instruments
- Monitor and manage surgical supplies and equipment for specialized procedures
- Respond effectively and efficiently to on-call duties
