Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years recent full-time experience as a CVOR CST in a high-volume hospital setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
  • Ability to function independently and efficiently with minimal onboarding
  • Verifiable references from at least two prior travel assignments confirming no training was required
  • Flexibility to participate in call coverage after hours and on weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to call coverage needs, supporting the service line during nights and weekends

Schedule:

  • 3 shifts per week, 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on weekdays (shift times based on department needs)
  • Participation in call coverage after normal business hours and on weekends
