Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an OR Nurse or Certified Surgical Technologist.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an OR setting preferred.
- BLS certification (required); additional certifications a plus.
- Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative team spirit.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform duties as a scrub or circulating nurse/technologist in various surgical procedures.
- Ensure aseptic technique and safety protocols are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team before and during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in the care of surgical instruments and supplies.
