Deliver expert perioperative nursing care within a dynamic operating room environment focused on neuro and orthopedic cases. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing support primarily for neuro surgeries, including neuro call responsibilities.
  • Manage orthopedic procedures such as total joint replacements, orthopedic trauma, peripheral vascular, and cardiovascular cases.
  • Utilize proficiency with Epic and DaVinci systems to support patient care documentation and workflow.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Flexibly float within the operating room as needed, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in the OR, with strong neuro surgical skills preferred.
  • Skilled in orthopedic surgeries, including total joint support and trauma cases.
  • Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required at the time of application.
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic health records and DaVinci technology.
  • Ability to work varied start times (07001500) within 10-hour day/evening shifts.
  • New graduates will not be considered for this role.
