Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment with start dates available on 5/11 or 5/26
- Flexible options: 4x10 or 4x12 hour shifts, rotating Day/Evening
- Evening shifts for 4x10: 1pm 11pm; Days: 7am 5:30pm (M/T/Th/F), 9am 7:30pm (W)
- Evening shifts for 4x12: 11am 11pm; Days: 7am 7:30pm (M/T/Th/F), 9am 9:30pm (W)
- Includes at least 2 weeks of nights per contract and short call/weekend rotations
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current nursing licensure, with ORT experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in high-capacity operating rooms
- Adaptability to varying shifts, including day, evening, night, weekends, and calls
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgical procedures as part of a skilled team in a busy OR setting
- Adhere to strict safety, sterilization, and patient care protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Rotate through various shifts and schedules based on department needs
