Schedule/Hours:
- Options for 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotations, adapting based on team needs and your skills
- Includes at least 2 weeks of nights per contract, 2 short calls per 4-week schedule, plus weekend shifts
- Flexible shifts: 4x10 options between 7a-11p; 4x12 options between 7a-11p
- Weekend scheduling may include 12-hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Certified as an Operating Room Technician (ORT)
- Experience working in high-capacity operating rooms
- Adaptable to rotating day, evening, and night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in dynamic clinical environments
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments for a variety of surgical procedures
- Assist surgical teams by organizing instruments and supplies
- Ensure patient safety and enforce infection control protocols
- Accurately document surgical counts, specimens, and supplies
