Requirements & Qualifications
- Current CST certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
- Proven experience in operating room settings, with strong orthopedic surgery expertise
- Proficient in perioperative care, aseptic technique, instrumentation, and equipment management
- Flexibility to accommodate variable shift start times (0600-0800) and possible on-call assignments
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Active BLS certification required

- Prepare surgical suites and ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are available and sterile
- Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures with strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an optimal patient-focused environment
