Requirements & Qualifications

  • Current CST certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
  • Proven experience in operating room settings, with strong orthopedic surgery expertise
  • Proficient in perioperative care, aseptic technique, instrumentation, and equipment management
  • Flexibility to accommodate variable shift start times (0600-0800) and possible on-call assignments
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Active BLS certification required

  • Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures with strong technical ability and attention to detail
