Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Variable start times between 6:00 am and 8:00 am
- On-call one day each week, plus every 4th weekend
Desired Qualifications:
- Nursing licensure (current and in good standing)
- Experience with operating room technology (ORT)
- Competency in orthopedic and robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to new workflows and clinical environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams with a focus on ortho and robotic procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and uphold safety standards
- Prepare, organize, and manage operating room instruments and equipment
- Respond to on-call needs and adapt rapidly to emergent cases
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
