Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Variable start times between 6:00am 8:00am
• On-call: 1 day each week and every fourth weekend

Required Experience & Skills:

• Current experience as an ORT (Operating Room Technician) within a surgical setting, preferably in orthopedics or robotic surgery environments
• Active certification or licensure as required by state and federal regulations
• Ability to assist surgical teams with robotic ortho procedures
• Familiarity with surgical instruments, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Support surgeons and nursing staff during orthopedic and robotic surgeries
• Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure operating room sterility and patient safety at all times
• Participate in on-call rotations and promptly respond to urgent surgical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
