Schedule/Hours:
- Evening shifts
- A mix of 4 x 8-hour shifts and 4 x 12-hour shifts (typical times: 11:00-19:30, 15:00-23:30, 11:00-23:30)
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (ORT) with active certification
- Minimum 3 years recent operating room experience in a level 1 or 2 trauma center (within the last 4 years)
- Robust knowledge of general surgery and specialty areas: trauma, ortho, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric, GU, and GYN
- Previous experience in trauma, ortho, general, ENT, vascular, and GYN cases
- Scrub experience is essential
- Able to work with minimal orientation and supervision in an acute care setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Clean professional license/certification history
