Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of a sterile surgical field, provide necessary instrumentation, and back the operative team under RN supervision.
- Apply expert knowledge in sterile and aseptic technique alongside surgical procedure fundamentals.
- Monitor and secure all surgical packaging, instrument sterilization, and manage expiration dates/integrity checks.
- Ensure a safe operating room environment and assist in equipment management, patient transport, room turnovers, and preparation.
- Remain attentive to the sterile field, initiating corrective action as needed and communicating effectively in perioperative briefings and debriefings.
- Participate actively in patient care across the neonatal to geriatric spectrum.
- Pursue professional growth by staying current with new procedures, instrumentation, and technology.
- Model professional conduct in accordance with organizational values, safety management, and behavioral standards.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Certified or Licensed Surgical Technologist program.
- Licensed as a Surgical Technologist in Colorado.
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association (current or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills (to be acquired within 90 days if not currently held).
- Experience caring for diverse age groups preferred.
