Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Valid and current Nursing or Operating Room Technician credentials
• Previous experience in an operating room or surgical setting
• Comprehensive understanding of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and support staff
• Ability to remain composed and focused in high-pressure environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for upcoming surgeries, including set-up and sterilization of instruments and supplies
• Assist surgical team during operations, maintaining a sterile environment

• Accurately document procedures, supplies, and patient data in accordance with best practices
