Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • On-call required on weekends (8-12 calls per 8-week period)
  • No set schedules after initial round; self-scheduling available

Qualifications:

  • Valid DORA and NBSTSA certifications required
  • Ability to respond to on-call within 30 minutes
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience strongly preferred
  • Transplant and/or spine surgery experience highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgical teams with a variety of advanced procedures
  • Maintain sterile field and pass instruments during surgery
  • Ensure operating room preparedness and support team workflows
  • Adhere to established policies and safety protocols
