Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- On-call required on weekends (8-12 calls per 8-week period)
- No set schedules after initial round; self-scheduling available
Qualifications:
- Valid DORA and NBSTSA certifications required
- Ability to respond to on-call within 30 minutes
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience strongly preferred
- Transplant and/or spine surgery experience highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams with a variety of advanced procedures
- Maintain sterile field and pass instruments during surgery
- Ensure operating room preparedness and support team workflows
- Adhere to established policies and safety protocols
