Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams in pediatric operating rooms, ensuring patient safety and sterile procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after surgeries
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to support efficient and effective procedures
- Monitor patients throughout surgical processes and respond promptly to any changes
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in Operating Room Technology or nursing with strong OR skills
- Knowledge of pediatric surgical procedures is highly advantageous
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operating room setting
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Current licensure and certifications appropriate for the role
