Qualifications:
- Experience as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) in multiple surgical service lines (general, neuro, robotics, orthopedics, plastics, trauma, urology, etc.)
- Skills Checklist score of 3+ in Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular required
- Comfort with Cerner documentation systems
- Scrubs provided by the facility
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields in the operating room
- Assist during a broad array of surgical procedures
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and available
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, surgeons, and surgical assistants
- Float to other departments as needed to support patient care
